Hey There, Everyone! I have this survey that I made for our latest assignment; one version in Google Forms and the other version in Survey Monkey.

The survey that I decided to create is called “What Is Your Main Source Of Medium?”. There are so many mediums out there and I think it can really play into our mental health. It shows what we go to when we want to relax or want to learn something. So I thought it would be interesting to learn what everyone prefers or don’t prefers doing, whether it is reading or playing video games as a couple of examples. It could also be something else entirely as well. I hope everyone enjoys the survey.
